Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking or operating any vessel with AA Naples Boat Rental. By making a reservation, completing payment, signing our rental documents, or using our website, you agree to the terms below.
๐ข1. Company Information
AA Naples Boat Rental (โCompany,โ โwe,โ โour,โ or โusโ) operates https://naplesrentalboat.com and provides pontoon boat rental services in Naples, Marco Island, and Southwest Florida.
๐2. Reservations & Booking Policy
- All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A valid credit card is required to secure all bookings.
- A 20% deposit is required to confirm and hold your reservation.
- Reservations are not guaranteed until the required deposit is received.
- We recommend booking early during weekends, holidays, and peak season.
๐ณ3. Payments
- We accept major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
- Cash payments are welcome; however, a 20% credit card deposit is still required to secure the reservation.
- The remaining balance may be paid prior to departure or at check-in, subject to booking terms.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation without notice.
โ4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time are refundable.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.
- No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.
- All cancellation timing is measured from the scheduled start time of the reservation.
โ 5. Weather Policy
Guest safety is our top priority. In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we will work with you to reschedule the rental or make other appropriate arrangements.
- Weather-related decisions are made solely by AA Naples Boat Rental based on local marine and operating conditions.
- Light rain, passing showers, or changing forecasts do not automatically qualify for cancellation.
- Safety-based weather adjustments may include delay, reschedule, or cancellation.
๐ชช6. Rental Requirements
- The renter/operator must be at least 18 years old.
- A valid government-issued photo ID is required.
- Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988 must hold a valid Florida Boating Safety Education Identification Card, as required by Florida law.
- If needed, we may guide guests through the approved online boating safety course process before departure.
๐ฆบ7. Safety Briefing & Included Equipment
Each rental includes the following:
- A clean, well-maintained pontoon boat.
- All required U.S. Coast Guard safety equipment.
- Life jackets for all passengers, including child life vests when available and appropriately sized.
- A pre-departure safety and navigation briefing.
By proceeding with the rental, you acknowledge that you have received and understood the safety instructions provided.
โ8. Use of Vessel
- The vessel must be operated safely and responsibly at all times.
- All Florida boating laws, navigation rules, and safety regulations must be followed.
- Operating a vessel under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited.
- Passenger and weight capacity limits must never be exceeded.
- All operating, route, and safety instructions given by our team must be followed.
๐จโ๐ฉโ๐งโ๐ฆ9. Capacity & Passenger Limits
- Our pontoon boats generally accommodate approximately 9 to 15 passengers, depending on the specific vessel and weight limits.
- Exact capacity details are provided during booking and must be strictly followed.
- Children count toward vessel capacity.
๐ฅค10. Food, Alcohol & Pets
- Guests may bring food, snacks, and beverages onboard.
- Alcohol is permitted only in accordance with Florida law.
- Pets are allowed on approved pet-friendly rentals and must be supervised at all times.
- The renter is responsible for any damage, stains, odors, excessive cleaning, or disruption caused by guests or pets.
๐ง11. Damage, Cleaning & Responsibility
- The renter assumes full responsibility for damage to the vessel or any included equipment during the rental period.
- Lost equipment, excessive mess, abnormal wear, towing, citations, fines, or recovery costs may be charged to the renter.
- Cleaning or repair costs resulting from misuse, pets, spills, stains, or negligence may be applied to the credit card on file.
โ๏ธ12. Rental Agreement & Liability Waiver
All renters must complete and sign a rental agreement and liability waiver before departure, including digital completion through DocuSeal when applicable.

- Late returns may result in additional fees.
- Failure to return the vessel on time may affect future reservation eligibility.

By providing your phone number through our website, forms, booking process, or rental agreement, you consent to receive reservation-related text messages from AA Naples Boat Rental.
