Cancellation Policy:
We understand that plans can change, and we strive to accommodate our customers as best as possible. Here’s our cancellation policy:
1. Cancellations made 72 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.
2. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled rental time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
3. In the event of bad weather conditions, such as rain, severe storms or high winds, customers are eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule their booking at no additional cost. We prioritize the safety and enjoyment of our customers, and we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to inclement weather conditions.
