Refund and Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans may change, and we strive to be as accommodating as possible. Please review our cancellation policy below:

1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the scheduled rental time are eligible for a full refund.

2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental time are non-refundable.

3. In the event of inclement weather, including rain, severe storms, or high winds, guests may choose a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost. For safety reasons, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unfavorable weather conditions.
